American Horror Story Cult "Winter of Our Discontent"

Written by Jasen Keplinger

American Horror Story fans will love the latest episode of the show. It had shocking twists, lots of homoerotic overtones, and of course lots of violence. So lets get down to it. Let's break down the latest episode of season seven called "The Winter of Our Discontent".

Up until this episode Cheyenne Jackson's character named Dr. Rudy Vincent has been a wild card for the show. He plays Ally's (Sarah Paulson) therapist and it seems somehow that he's connected to all the drama happening to Ally. Well we finally discover he is... Kai's (Evan Peters) and Winter's (Billie Lourd) older brother. What a twist. Just when Ally is released from the mental hospital where Dr. Vincent (Cheyenne Jackson) has had her committed; however just as she begins to piece things together Dr. Vincent confesses all to her. He comes out as Kai and Winter's brother and vows to Ally he will help her get her son back and stop Kai.

Ally uses this information about Kai's brother and his plans to stop Kai. She invites Kai over, cooks for him, and tries to make a deal with Kai, information for her son. They cut a deal and the information is exchanged for a promise from Kai that Ally will get her son back.

Adina Porter joined the cast last season on Roanoke and has made the show so much more exciting. This season she plays Beverly Hope who is a reporter initially recruited by Kai. Beverly has recently been recruited by Bebe Babbitt (Frances Conroy) leader of SCUM and as we discovered last episode also Kai's secret partner. This episode Kai uncovered her treachery and locks her in an isolation room. I think we will see a lot more of her especially if she and Ally team up.

I find Kai's police force a bit scary and almost Nazi. The scary thing about Cult is that it shows what can really happen in a politically unstable environment. I am shocked at Ally's recent decisions to do what it takes to get her son back, so we will see a complete change in her character. I predict she will be much stronger and I also predict we will see Kai unravel as he realizes his plans have only and will only bring him so far. I love American Horror Story and can't wait to see how it develops.

WWE TLC - No Tables No Ladders No Chairs?

TLC Highlights  The WWE paper view definitely lived up to the hype, well i guess. The paper view itself was great. Every match on the card was exciting, entertaining but there was just one problem, no tables no ladders no chairs. To call itself a TLC paper view the only match that used anything of the sort was the main event. The rest of the nights card featured traditional matches in traditional style. As mentioned earlier over all the matches were great but if your going to call it a TLC paper view actually have matches involved with tables, ladders and chairs.  Asuka vs. Emma  Winner - Asuka  Cedric Alexander & Rich Swann vs. Gentleman Jack Gallagher & The Brian Kendrick Winners - Cedric Alexander & Rich Swann  Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James Winner - Alexa Bliss WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto vs. Enzo Amore Winner - Enzo Amore  Finn Bálor vs. AJ Styles Winner - Finn Balor  ...
